RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES :

A. OUR RATES :
- Our internet rates are valid for booking made through our website not direct to hotel or others.
- Our internet rates are including of government tax, service charge and breakfast, unless stated otherwise.
- Room rates are quoted per room per night except packages rates.

B. RESERVATION AND CONFIRMATION PROCEDURES:
- All bookings including room availability and room rates are referred to our written confirmation.
- We will need a deposit or full prepayment to secure the confirmed booking(s).
- A reservation voucher will be issued to show upon arrival to the hotel
- Cancellation fee  will be referred to hotels' cancellation policy
- Upon agreement, payment can be directly to the hotel at our confirmed rates.
- We will not keep your credit card details to secure the booking

C. CANCELLATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES :

Regular (Low) Season :
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 7 days prior to the arrival date.
- Early check out will be charged two nights room value.

High Season & Peak Season :
- One night room charge for any cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date.
- Two nights room charge for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- Full nights room reserved will be charged for any cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival date.
- No refund for early check out.
- Other conditions will be reffered to each villas' cancellation policies and procedures.

D. PAYMENT METHODS :

A deposit or full prepayment to secure the confirmed booking is required which can be done by below options :
1. Telegraphic Transfer (T.T) to our Bank account ( in USD or Rupiah)
2. Online payment with Visa or Master Card on our secured pages.
3. Via PayPal account.

Additional of 4% will be applied for bank charge and online fee for payment by online or PayPal.

The balance of payment (if any) will be collected upon arrival which can be done with :
- Cash (Euro, USD, Aust Dollar, Sin Dollar, Yen ) or Travellers Cheque
- Credit card ( Visa or Master card) with additional 3% for bank charge
- Upon our confirmation, the balance of payment can be paid to the hotel at our confirmed rates.
